Message My purpose is I want something different and I dont want the excess clutter under the hood the stock manifold has.

Benifits well there are a bunch but by no means am I sure of the results. I'm basicaly giving theorized benifits and expected results.

First:
It would allow better transfer of airflow to the engine.
(Example: You have 2 Turbos one side is dead yet it mainly flows the right side of the engine. Yes you have a balance tube to equal out the two sides. But has anyone realy ever tested that during upgrades of the turbos?)

On an NA engine I dont think it would be as benifitial because I'm sure the airflow is not as crutial as the turbo'd car.

Second:
It would allow me to run a single TB which at 75mm has a surface area of about 25% more than stock which in theory would flow more air than the stock 50mm dual TB combined.

Third:
Going to this design would allow Injector maintenance and upgrade to be taken to about 1/3 the time vrs stock and you would have a larger variety of injectors to playwith at a cheaper cost. Mainly because they are more accessible and less retricted to the stock set up. (restricted meaning accessability) A fuel rail to support whatever injectors can easily made.

Forth:
Now that the set up is completely custom. doing a NOS setup could even have more potential. You could almost direct port it vrs adding it prior to the TB or Right at..

Fifth:
I can go on and on but proof is definitly in the pudding.
There are a lot of benifits for going to a single TB and I'm sure people out there than understand what I'm planning and can understand the concepts and benifits of going to a single TB would make vrs the stock.

For my set up the Benifits are Huge enough to make me do it even if it cost me 1k+ to make the manifold and the long run will save me time and money when I need it.
